Spiced Long Sour

 Spiced Long Sour: 4cl spiced rum(Captain morgan or Bacardi Oakheart) 2dl lemonade(or sprite), over lots of ice. Spiced Sour Slush: The same, but blended(obviously this must be a non carbonated version).
