Gin Punch: 3 slices of orange, 1/4 lemon, 1 slice pineapple, 1 slice apple(all peeled of course), 4cl passion-fruit liquor, 4cl gin, 2cl grenadine syrup blend it with a handful of ice, and add some OJ as fill-up.
Everybody loves it: it's fruity, it's rich, it's stronger than the average long-drink, very drinkable. It's one of my signature "surprise me" drinks. Every guest in the bar appreciates the half ton of fresh fruits, and the extra effort you put in the drink. Only downside: it's quite slow(unless you have peeled stuff) and a bit messy, so not for a busy bar.

Red Tulip
Red Tulip: 3cl Bols Genever, 2cl creme de chassis, 2cl coffee liquor, 1dash chocolate syrup shaken, served in a Y-glass, fancy with high cocoa choco flakes.
Really sophisticated taste for the lover of classics, not for the average bar-goer(my experience is, that they don't understand it).
Spiced Long Sour
Spiced Long Sour: 4cl spiced rum(Captain morgan or Bacardi Oakheart) 2dl lemonade(or sprite), over lots of ice. Spiced Sour Slush: The same, but blended(obviously this must be a non carbonated version).

Schizzi da Mattina
Well, since I'm playing with gin and vermuth nowdays, I came up a really-really light cocktail, probably it has less alcohol in it than a glass of beer. I named it "Morning Spatter" 'cause it's so light, you can slurp it any time of the day(it was perfect with my bacon and turn-over eggs). There's no way it hits you, unless you are really sensitive to alcohol... But it gives you a nice spicy-herbal vermuth taste, that's not your ordinary lemonade.
So here it goes: take your Old fashioned glass, put a thick slice of lemon on the bottom, some ice, 2cl(or 1/2oz) dry vermuth, fill up with club soda.
If you like it even more lighter, or smoother you can use a bigger glass, with more soda.
Also the name is italian, 'cause vermuth is mostly made in Italy.

Frappe de San Juan
Frappe de San Juan - 1 spoon of Nescafé, 3 spoons of sugar, 5 cl cold water, 5cl Bacardi oakheart, not too much ice-cubes('cause they need to melt). Put them all together, and shake the Christ out of it, until it makes a coffee foam, and the ice melts. Fancy with high quality chocko flakes.
Martini Fizz
Martini fizz: 2oz london dry gin, 2 barspoons dry vermuth, club soda fillup, 1 big, fat lemon slice. It's the classic Martini cocktail made to a long drink. Since the soda highly softens it out, it fits perfectly to a sunny summer afternoon. Nice, fruity, bubbly, a bit spicy. Cheers!
